TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

• All new clients for chemical services are required to have a consultation & allergy alert test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.

• We regret that due to Health & safety regulations, colour services are not suitable for clients under 16 and you must be 18 or over to use the UV sunshower.

• A booking fee may be requested for longer appointments.

• Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid losing your booking fee.

• A surcharge may be applied for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice.

• If your desired appointment time is not available, we operate a waiting list and can contact you if slots become free due to a cancellation.

• If you require an appointment outside our normal opening hours, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

• Personalised packages are available for bridal & birthday pamper parties for children. Enquire at reception for details.

• Gift vouchers & Tanning packages are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

• Services are non-refundable. In the event that you are dissatisfied, please contact the salon within 7 days via e-mail, providing details of the service you received and we will endeavour to resolve the issue in a mutually agreeable timeframe.
