TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • All new clients for chemical services are required to have a consultation & allergy alert test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.

  • We regret that due to Health & safety regulations, on scalp colour services are not suitable for clients under 16 

  • A booking fee may be requested for longer appointments.

  • Please give a minimum of 48hours notice for cancellations to avoid losing your booking fee.

  • A surcharge may be applied for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice unless we can fill the time 

  • If you fail to show up for an appointment, you will have to pay a 20% fee before booking further appointments

  • if you cancel the same appointment more than 3 times, our online booking system will automatically put a block on your account. 

  • If your desired appointment time is not available, we operate a waiting list and can contact you if slots become free due to a cancellation.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

  • Childrens prices are only available Monday to Friday. Full price is charged on Saturday.

  • Services are non-refundable. In the event that you are dissatisfied, please contact the salon within 7 days via e-mail, providing details of the service you received and we will endeavour to resolve the issue in a mutually agreeable timeframe.

  • If you are a new client, please book a consultation first or call the salon to set up your appointment.
